工作详情:
通过以下途径增加产品在中国的销售量:
1. 力争完成年度销售额。
2. 直接销售产品于:用户,和我产品捆绑销售的仪器制造商,有合作关系的分销商。
3. 为用户,和我产品捆绑销售的仪器制造商,有合作关系的分销商提供技术支持。
4. 进一步扩展销售途径。
5. 做市场:参加展销会,建议广告。
6. 将关键产品说明由英文翻译成中文。

雇员背景:
1. 分析化学学士以上学历。
2. 有使用分析化学仪器,红外、核磁、质朴、拉曼或紫外-可见的工作经验。

4. 熟悉光谱解析、管理的计算机技术。

Sales of Bio-Rad’s Sadtler IR, NMR, MS, NIR, Raman, UV-Vis databases and KnowItAll® analytical chemistry software is growing in China. We seek to add a China sales person to our team.

Job function
Increase sales volume in China territory by following means:
1. Will work to achieve a specific yearly Sales target.
2. Direct sale of our products to end users, OEMs and distributors.
3. Provide technical/business support to end users, OEMs and distributors.
4. Expand to more distribution channels.
5. Carry out marketing activities such as tradeshows/conferences and advertisement.
6. Localize key documentation in Chinese.
7. Provide business analysis to US headquarter, suggest strategy of growth, new product offering and promotions.

Background
1. BS in analytical chemistry.
2. Working knowledge of analytical instruments (IR, Raman, UV-Vis, NMR or MS).
3. Previous business (Sales and/or inter-company product coordination) experience.
4. Familiar with spectroscopy data analysis and management software.
5. Willing to travel within China to meet clients (customers, OEMs and distributors), 70%.
6. Good Chinese & English language skills, both written and verbal.

职位职责:
Position Title:
Product Specialist for BioRad proteomics and Imaging product line

Physical Location: Shanghai

Immediate Supervisor’s Title: Product Manager, China LSG Marketing

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for:
1.Utilize product features, benefits and applications accompanied with selling and business building skills to successfully promote proteomics research products in China area.
2.Managing and marketing, tech support and growth of new and existing market segments with relevant products and helping to achieve financial and marketing objectives

Job Responsibilities:

( I ) Marketing –
1.Maintain excellent market knowledge of all major prospects and local competitor activities and report this information to the Product Manager
2.Implement and monitor market promotion activities such as promotional campaigns, exhibition, seminar, advertisement, workshop etc.
3.Prepare sales tools such as product introduction (application, strength and benefit), competitive analysis, tender specification, brochure website and advertisement etc.
4.Train and coach sales, application specialist and distributors regularly
5.New product launch and identify new opportunities to drive growth and market presence
6.Provide sales with application and solution advice to satisfy customer needs and expectations
7.Summarize and analysis product customer database from sales and distributors
8.Feedback China current situation and related information to headquarter

( II ) Product Support –
•Responsible for controlling all elements relating to the sales of products within product portfolio including planning, evaluations, demonstrations, installations and post sales support (secondary responsibility)
•Liaise with marketing and division support personnel to ensure that up to date product information is communicated
•Liaise with Service Dept to ensure instruments meet specifications and that appropriate levels of maintenance and service is achieved
•Take responsibility for the support of additional product ranges wherever appropriate. Details to be set out as products become available
It is expected that 60% of the time is spent in the field


Training –
1.Responsible for the initial and ongoing technical training of representatives (others are required) in the relevant product areas
2.Ensure that customer sites are effectively trained on Bio-Rad systems
3.Ensure the effective learning of Distributor FAS


Administration –
•Responsible for the maintenance of technical files and information as well as maintaining a customer and prospect database


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Good presenting skill in audience, having experience in presenting technical materials.
•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
•Good English communication skill in reading, writing and speaking.
•Willing to travel around China frequently.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Demonstrates a positive attitude and desire to succeed.

应聘要求:
Education:
Minimum Education Required –
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Cell Biology or Biochemistry or related field,
Preferred Education –
Ph.D degree in the life science is preferred.
Membership of relevant associations and learned societies

Experience:
Requires a minimum of 3 years of related working experience, having related technology sales and marketing experience is preferred.

Have strong knowledge and lab techniques of Protein function research, Imaging products and software analysis , previous operation of Bio-Rad systems or related instruments is highly desirable.
