我在《A Sonochemical Method for Fabricating Aligned ZnO Nanorods》. Adv. Mater. 2007, 19, 749–753 中看到这样的描述:
From the HRTEM image, the ZnO nanorods are highly crystalline with a lattice spacing of about 0.26 nm, which corresponds to the interlayer spacing of the (0002) planes in ZnO crystal lattice. Together with the TEM observation, the electron diffraction pattern suggests that the ZnO nanorod grew along the [0001] di-rection, the polar c-axis of the ZnO crystal lattice.

我是想问一下各位老师:作者究竟是如何看出ZnO的生长方向的:我看了本网站的许许多多帖子,帖子倒是很多,可似乎绝大多数就像是在说玄学一般!不知所云!那针对ZnO,究竟应如何将TEM和SAED有效结合起来,判断其生长方向呢?!!请热心人针对此例,说的简洁明了些吧!哪怕就这一个例子呢,不希望会举一反三也行呀!在此,不胜感激!
