在上海复旦大学鉴定的,我们在那打了好多点,结果都不错。
当然,最大的可能性是晶体蛋白,那其他的蛋白呢?他给了我们20种蛋白,指的是该蛋白点出了晶体蛋白外包含了其他的蛋白,还是指根据荷质比这种蛋白最大的可能是晶体蛋白?因为在后面分值中感觉有些蛋白是较有意义的。

我这次每块胶跑了一个重复,胶还算比较漂亮,但是比较差点时重复性就不好了,不知道怎么会这样呢?我共找到了重复性比较好的5个差异点,位置比较集中,感觉是同一类型的蛋白的不同亚型,最后的结果也证实了我的想法。虽然这种蛋白与我的实验的关系曾见报道,也就是3-4篇文献,均是从mRNA水平,可我这次又通过蛋白组的方法找到这种蛋白,还有意义吗?对了,我的干扰因素与这种蛋白的关系还没见报道。此外,我觉得奇怪的是,这次我找到的却只有晶体蛋白?有哪些原因可以解释呢?期盼着各位高手的指点!谢谢!

后面的分值低于63分的尽管可能与你的实验很是相关或者能很好的解释也不能考虑。
“我觉得奇怪的是,这次我找到的却只有晶体蛋白?有哪些原因可以解释呢“这说明你切取的点没有混有其他蛋白,该部分胶上蛋白分离较为成功。另外这种差异还是需要western 的验证或是其他方法的验证,尽管你认为重复性比较好,也可能是假阳性结果。试验就是这么打击人
