Enantiomer Separation by Capillary Electrochromatography

Abstract: As capillary electrochro matography(CEC) combines the desirable features of both high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE), CEC is an attract ive alternative for enantiomer separation. The applications and developments in th e field of chiral drug separation by CEC are reviewed with 92 references, inc luding different operating models and different chira l agents and stationary phases.
