核磁共振

核磁共振NMR Dynamics 和 Kinetics的研究对像有什么区别。
Dynamics 是不是就是指物化里的thermdynamics，研究反应能不能发生的问题。而Kinetics是研究反应速率的问题?
有点混，请高手指教。

Thermodynamic 与Dynamic是俩个完全不同的概念.

Thermodynamic: 翻译成'热力学',:  研究的是稳态下热力学的物理量, 比如 焓, 墒, Kd, Gibus自由能等能量相关的概念.  比如我们通常做的ITC, NMR滴定实验.

Dynamics: 翻译成'动力学': 也是稳态实验, 但起描述的是R1, R2, Rex等反映稳态下结构柔性/动力学的情况. 比如我们研究的NMR动力学实验.

Kinetics: 翻译成'动理学': 其不是稳态实验, 而是以时间为变量的实验, 比如化学反应动力学就是指这个概念. 一般描述的是小k1, 小k2等.  比如研究蛋白折叠的stopped-flow实验.

其中Dynamic和Kinetics比较易混淆, 我习惯于这样的一个比喻去区分他们:''如果研究的是你站在原地, 身体不断的抖动过程, 那就是dynamics;  如果研究的是你从一个地方走到另一个地方的时间依赖性过程 就是Kinetics''.
