氢氧化铝片制酸力英国药典方法的问题求助

制酸力的检查是这样的:(翻译)

精密称取本品适量,取水100ml,先加入少量水使粉末混合均匀,再一边振摇一边加入剩余水量,加热至37℃。精密加预热至37℃的盐酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)100ml,并不断振摇(200次/份);10分钟,15分钟,20分钟后,溶液的pH值分别不得低于2.0,2.4,2.7,并且均不得高于4.0。精密加预热至37℃的盐酸滴定液(0.5mol/L)10ml,不断振摇1小时,用氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定至pH值3.5。


原文:Pass a sufficient quantity of the powder prepared for use in the Assay through a sieve with a nominal mesh aperture of 150 ?m. Mix a quantity of the powder containing 0.5 g of Dried Aluminium Hydroxide with a small quantity of water to give a smooth paste and slowly add further quantities of water to a total volume of 100 ml. Warm to 37°, add 100 ml of 0.1m hydrochloric acid VS previously heated to 37° and stir continuously, maintaining the temperature at 37°. The pH of the solution at 37° after 10, 15 and 20 minutes is not less than 1.6, 1.8 and 2.2 respectively and at no time during this period is it more than 4.0. Add 10 ml of 0.5m hydrochloric acid VS previously heated to 37°, stir continuously for 1 hour maintaining the temperature at 37° and titrate the solution with 0.1m sodium hydroxide VS to pH 3.5.

计算:Subtract the volume of 0.1m sodium hydroxide VS from 150 to obtain the number of ml of 0.1m hydrochloric acid VS required for the neutralisation. Calculate the number of ml of 0.1m hydrochloric acid VS required for the total weight of the tablets taken for the Assay and divide by the number of tablets.

我的疑问是:

1盐酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)和盐酸滴定液(1mol/L)都是精密加入的吧?之前的100ml水也是精密加入的吗?

2 需要做空白吗?

3 请问这个的计算公式是什么,样品的稀释倍数是210吗?总觉得体积210ml有问题,不是精密加入的个人觉得应该是最后精密量取一部分体积用氢氧化钠滴定吧,不然消耗滴定液的体积太多了。

4 制酸力步骤中之前加水100ml是为什么?中国药典是直接加盐酸振摇的。

请问有做过的吗?
