周卫健 院士 放射性碳年代学与全球变化

    周卫健,女,1953年生, 博士, 研究员, 博士生导师。长期从事第四纪地质与全球变化研究以及宇宙成因核素14C年代学研究,近年来又拓展到10Be环境示踪研究。
        现任中国科学院地球环境研究所所长,中国科学院黄土与第四纪国家重点实验室主任和科技部、中科院、教育部共建的“西安加速器质谱中心”主任。曾任国际放射性碳学会常务理事,Radiocarbon学术刊物副编辑,现任这一国际SCI杂志的编委;国际PAGES/CLIVAR工作委员会委员;国家自然科学基金委员会学科评审组评委;中国第四纪研究委员会第四纪年代学专业委员会副主任。九三学社陕西省主任委员;第九、十届全国人大代表。
        她检出了我国距今11-10ka年东亚新仙女木(Younger Dryas,简称YD)事件的地质生物证据;纠正了东亚YD事件以暖湿气候为特征的认识;指出高中低纬气候相互作用对气候突变事件的影响,为全球变暖过程中可能出现的气候突然事件提供了历史相似型。她在14C年代学的测年手段的建立和测年可靠性方面做了系统工作:在地球环境研究所主持建立了1g100mg1mg样品14C测年方法序列;建立了不同类型样品的化学前处理方法;主持建设了我国十个“国家大型科学仪器中心”之一的“西安加速器质谱中心”,其中包括用于多核素分析用的加速器质谱仪,为我国14C年代学发展做出艰巨努力。她提出了把黄土10Be记录中的地磁场影响与气候影响分离开的思想和方法,为解决从黄土10Be记录示踪和重建古地磁场强度变化史和降雨史做出了努力。
    先后负责国家基金委 “杰出青年科学基金”, “优秀青年科学家群体”,“重点项目”,973(二级),科技部基础研究的前期专项和中科院方向性项目等重要课题;获“首届全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖”,作为主持和主要参加者获五项省部级一等奖,一项国家级三等奖和一项专利。此外,获多项荣誉称号。共发表论文近百篇。
