  这样的方法得到的单核细胞纯度不可能达到95％。我有一个方法也是新近从文献中学到的可以得到90％的纯度，我按照他的方法得到了更纯的单核细胞，昨天刚做还没有来得及测纯度，但是效果比贴壁法好！
