职位职责：
销售——完成/超过销售目标。通过在直销网络增长销售业绩。发挥销售战术思想以最大限度地扩大销售业绩。
计划/策略——负责业务策划，预算以及目标的完成，包括主要业绩指标及销售预估。

职位职责：
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Set up laboratory to develop monoclonal antibodies to protein/peptide targets. Optimize immunization protocols, adjuvant usage etc. for efficacy at eliciting antibody response in rodents against proteins and peptides. Develop and screen monoclonal antibodies from immune animals. Culture selected clones to purify and characterize monoclonal antibodies.
2. Perform fusions and screen hybridomas for protein/peptide targets.
3. Culture hybridomas subclones and monitor specific reactivity.
4. Maintain frozen cell stocks of finished hybridomas.
5. Produce small purified batches (pilots) of monoclonal antibodies from clones of interest for evaluation.
6. Review scientific literature on targets and devise protocols for antigen preparation and animal immunization.
7. Immunize animals and monitor immune responses.
8. Work on antibody characterization.
9. Train, supervise and evaluate additional laboratory personnel.
10. Set up outside collaboration as appropriate.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
12. Document results, enter results into databases, prepares monthly reports.
应聘要求：
1. Require a PhD degree or equivalent in an immunology-related field. Additional 2 years of post-doctoral or work experience preferred. A demonstrated record of accomplishment at making monoclonal antibodies is helpful.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekend hours
3. Proficiency with MS office and supervisory experience with scheduling and documentation a plus.
4. Requires sitting/prolonged standing, lifting (25 pounds), carrying, pulling/pushing, repetitive hand/wrist activities, and viewing computer.
5. Requires reading, writing, math, language, weighing/measuring, problem solving skills
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to manage multiple project assignments. The ability to work in a dynamic team oriented environment is essential.
