  职位职责：
  1. 负责样本接收登记、质量检查、处理和处理过程中的质询及运输中的跟踪管理；
  2. 样本储藏、冰箱和有关设备的监控和维护管理；

  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take overall responsibility for contracted activities in relations to clinical trial management;
  2. Main liaison between Clearstone Central Laboratories and corporate clients for day to day project activities;
  3. Participation in the set up of the study and validation of clinical software database, trial monitoring and close out;
  4. Responsible for ensuring that design, implementation and timelines of study deliverables are consistent with corporate and client expectations;
  5. Participation in and presentations at the investigator, monitor and client meetings;
  6. Management of trial – Specific documents;
  7. Communication and coordination of timelines and resources for the internal and external functional units;
  8. Participation in the process of new bids and change requests;
  9. Training and mentoring team members;
  10. Support QA department for external audits;
  11. Maintenance of up-to-date trials status parameters within the company electronic tracking tools and database
  12. Tracking of working time per project;
  13. Any other duties delegated by the immediate manager
  
  Requirements/qualifications
  1. Batchelor degree or above in medical, laboratory or other healthcare field;
  2. At least 5 years working experience in project management in healthcare or relative industries;
  3. Ability to build and maintain positive and fruitful external and internal relationships;
  4. Ability to have broad understanding of the client’s project objectives and their business context and to align activities with Clearstone business objectives
  5. Familiarity with database software, information systems, and MS office applications;
  6. Analytical problem solving skills as required in using standard methods to identify and investigate operational, administrative and technical problems;
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  8. Excellent organization and attention to details;
  9. Excellent prioritization and management skills;
  10. Flexible and strong negotiation skills
  11. Good teamwork ability.
