Ion Gauge(离子规管)
An optional upgrade device that measures the pressure in the mass analyzer region (high vacuum region) of the vacuum manifold. The ion gauge produces energetic electrons that cause the ionization of molecules in the ion gauge.
Positive ions formed in the ion gauge are attracted to a collector. The collector current is related to the pressure in the vacuum manifold.

2楼的帖子是在解释离子规工作原理。
离子规的结构像电子管,有灯丝和收集极。工作的时候,灯丝加热产生电子,使离子规中的气体离子化,产生正离子。
收集极测量离子浓度,以此来测量真空度。
气体真空越低,气体分子越少,产生的离子越少。
主要用来测量高真空。
