Firstly, you need to determine this peak is realy one or not. Just repeat the experiment using different samples from different bottles. Also you need to check other samples ( not spring water). If the peak always appears in these spectra, it is very possible this peak is casued by Raman machine. If not, this peak possibly origin from unknown materials. Then using Raman differnce spectrum to get more detailed information about this unknown material. After that, try your best to compare it to standard spectra of known materials by Raman handbook, internet, reference or experts if you can find one.
