    职位职责=:
    Manages the achievement of sales volume, revenue and share objectives within planned budgets through the recruitment, training, management and coaching of the Telemarketing team within RAS. Manages and supervise Teleaccount Specialists performance and call quality are consistent with RAS and Roche guidelines and policy. Observes, monitors, models and reinforces Agent behavior and communication skill. Responsible for team building between Agent and field-based sales personnel to maximize focus product growth and campaign KPI in targeted accounts and field. Responsible for working directly with APAC Region RAS marketing teams and APAC eMarketing manager to develop and implement sales tactics that create demand and generate revenue in APAC Region.

    1.Analyze, develop and implement strategies in conjunction with APAC RAS Marketing teams and APAC eMarketing Manager to achieve sales volume, share objectives and campaign KPI.
    2.Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Teleaccount Specialist.
    3.Develop and implement strategies in conjunction with the Heads of APAC RAS and APAC Business Managers of APAC RAS to drive focus Reagent products growth in targeted market.
    4.Handle administrative activities in a timely and complete manner.

    应聘要求=:
    1.With knowledge of biology applied science field and competitive market and products.
    2.Good understanding of marketing concepts such as in-bound/out-bound tele-sales and follow-up process.
    3.Analytical, financial, and organizational skills.

    The purpose of this position is to provide a timely, effective, and efficient means, within RAS, to follow up campaign leads verification, promote focus Reagent products and drive incremental business opportunities within China/HK/Taiwan. This telephone-based account management will assist in meeting Telemarketing Center’s short and mid term goals by focusing on achievement of campaign KPI, revenue generation, and process improvement. This position will incorporate quality, ethics, good promotional practices, and compliance in daily actions and processes.

    1. Responsible for achieving campaign KPI on telemarketing and follow-up action and maintenance the accuracy of campaign contact list.
    2.Work independently and in collaboration with field-based team members and center team members to positively impact short and long-term business objectives and the achievement of regional sales goals.
    3. Effectively plan and efficiently perform administrative activities which utilize tools and systems to support the management of regional account base responsibilities.
