【求助】安捷伦的信噪比测法和岛津的信噪比测法...


        我用岛津的,信噪比编的化合物表都是一个点一个点的测,可是同实验室用安捷伦的同事说安捷伦是用信号比上一段噪声的平均值,这两种用什么区别吗?

        另外测信噪比用去掉背景吗?我下面用岛津册的信噪比有没有问题,谢谢了

    安捷伦的是用信号上比较平缓的一段噪声的平均值

    岛津的没用过,如果一个点一个点的测,误差不比较大吗?要取多少个点才能减少误差啊?

    不知道你的Data1 Noise:57.089329是怎么来的?只要这个没问题,就应该对的。

    原理是一样的
    可能是不同的工作站,计算的方法不一样吧

      lcsolutin的qa/qc参数,/可以选择一段区间的噪声去计算

    用起来A的方便多了 在离线的Report-noise edit里可以查看  岛津的要去QAQC查

    楼主,我用的是岛津GC-14B,不会求S/N,能不能帮帮我,拜托。我按照网上查到的方法作出的是这样的,我不知道哪一部出现问题,恳请帮忙解答!
