【求助】ESI质谱,试着解析了一下
用反相柱制备了一个生物寡肽,拿去打ESI质谱,试着解析了一下,是否正确,请有经验的大神指教!!谢谢!
发现有些问题无法解释:相对丰度最高的那个m/z 375.2239,是什么东东?同样地还有其它一些无法解释的峰:
m/z263.1964、m/z430.9138、m/z516.3134等等。

    光有个图是看不出来的,你得给出原始谱峰列表,仪器精度,酶切类型等信息。de novo的话现在有软件可以直接注释的,人工注释对人的要求非常高,没那么好做的。

    只有前面3中有可能,从第一个M/Z峰看,后面3种应该不是。从紫外图谱看,有275吸收,可能含有苯环,排除第1种,只剩下第2(YMRE)、3(YRME)种了。但两种都有出峰,还证明不了究竟是哪个啊???

    这个多肽是从生物样品里提取纯化出来的?什么物种?
    所用质谱类型?校正精度?
    母离子分子量是多少?

    要是纯度有90%以上,可以尝试Edman测序
